Always follow the application instructions:
Brush your teeth twice a day, but not more than 3 times. Avoid excessive ingestion and then spit out. Keep out of reach of children. For children up to 6 years: use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. To avoid excessive swallowing, brush your teeth only under supervision. Consult the dentist or doctor if fluoride is also consumed. Discontinue use in case of intolerance.

Aqua, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, PEG-6, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Xanthan Gum, Aroma, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin, Sucralose, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Hydroxide, Limonene. Contains sodium fluoride (1450 ppm fluoride).
